SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our display cases are carefully packaged to the highest standards for a safe delivery. They usually ship in 5 to 7 business days. Damaged items in shipping will be replaced as quickly as possible. Shipping cost for display cases is a flat rate of $43.00 (only to the 48 contiguous states). For other locations you may contact us for shipping cost. Items usually ship via Fedex. Insurance is included for display cases.

REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Money back guarantee if returned within 10 days of receiving(less shipping & handling fees). The item must be packed with original packing and box, in new condition. Buyer will pay return shipping cost. We try to deliver your high quality display case in excellent condition. Please contact us first for a return. For items purchased with free shipping buyer will pay the return shipping and insurance cost. There are no returns on special requested customized display cases (unless damaged in shipping or we did not ship what was ordered). Items damaged during shipping will be replaced as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order if your request is made whithin 24 hrs. If the order has already been shipped it can not be cancelled and a return must be requested.
